Sewn Products We have a range of specialist sewing machines, from heavy duty walking foot and automatic pattern stitch units to standard lock stitch machines all operated by fully qualified and skilled staff, who operate to specific work instructions. From the simplest case to a complex retaining system for automotive components, we do it all. Using die cutting presses or template cutting for small quantities from very small highly accurate panels to large products measuring 7mts plus in length. Products can be readily cut and pre indexed to ensure correct assembly. We are particularly proud of our design team who have many years of experience in translating product ideas into cost effective, functional products and are always available to discuss your potential requirements.
Welded Products Minster Products have a comprehensive range of high frequency welding facilities which allows us to manufacture anything from a simple spectacle case from unsupported PVC to thermal curtains up to 7mts plus from polyester supported PVC. All products are manufactured in our Sheffield factory and the same process controls are upheld in our welding division, as in our sewing division.
